When Reva came in last week to darken her tattooed eyebrows, I told her the color was perfect as is for her coloring. So, we talked make-up. For summer, I recommended my “No. 2 Creme to Powder Base” which goes on like butter and transforms to a soft powdery finish. I applied the base on the right side of Vera's face for comparison.
