Striking emerald green eyeliner
Sometimes you just want to highlight your upper eyeliner with a hint of color. Even though it shows the hue, it still looks natural and pretty. Can you see it?
This green emerald shade is very adaptable to brown eyes, and eyes with a subtle green tone. I would not recommend it for blue eyes since there will be a conflict of color.
